East Grinstead Branch was formed in 1976 and meets at the Ex-Services Club. Railway Approach. East Grinstead at 1930hrs on the first Wednesday of each month, the February meeting is usually the Annual General Meeting.

Captain Eric Brown RN is the Branch President; he is the most distinguished of all Naval Aviators. He has recently published an account of his life and career in a book titled “Wings on my Sleeve”

S/M Tony Cooper is an ex-Royal Marine Commando who is the Branch Chairman and is in his 84th year, he participated in the Normandy Landings and the allied push across Europe.

S/M Bill Apps the Branch Secretary is an Ex-Submariner PO Tel who served in Submarines for 11 years.

S/M Dennis Farrow, an ex CPO Cook who is the branch Treasurer and Standard Bearer, Dennis is well known for his great support of all Parades.

An Annual Trafalgar Dinner is held, and each year outings to places of interest take place in conjunction with the Ex-Services Club.
